Attachments King is an eCommerce startup in the Heavy Equipment industry. We’re looking for an intensely curious, customer-obsessed, results-oriented, and creative Data Engineer to help revolutionize eCommerce for Heavy Equipment.
You must be able to comfortably design, implement, and maintain a scalable architecture for raw, cleaned, and transformed data from a wide variety of sources (including the web) and to do so in about half of the time that most of your peers think is possible.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a scalable architecture for raw, cleaned, and transformed data from a variety of sources
- Establish and monitor data pipelines to clean and transform inventory, pricing, vehicle, and product data and metadata
- Utilize GraphQL libraries to write cleaned and transformed data directly to our Shopify product database
- Utilize web scraping tools or libraries to source and store public data in our Azure databases
Basic Qualifications:
- BS, MS, or P.H.D. in Computer Science or the equivalent
- Experience designing and building large and scalable data models
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- High levels of proficiency with Python and SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Spark
- Experience with web scraping libraries / web crawlers
- Experience with GraphQL
- Data Analytics / Data Science Experience
Heavy Equipment knowledge is not required for this role - training and direction will be provided.
Position Information:
- 1099 Contract-To-Hire: 3-Month Contract Period as a 1099 Employee with the opportunity to transition to a full-time W2 position afterward.
- Pay: $90,000 / year
- Time: 40 hours / week minimum
